Premier Health employees were experiencing a lack of collaboration, struggling with a hard to use and static intranet and getting a major case of ‘click fatigue’ with massive amounts of information found across multiple systems.

 

Nonlinear Creations helped Premier Health move from a disconnected intranet to a digital workplace solution. Through a phased intranet strategy and design for SharePoint Online, we created a common space and experience for people across Premier. This helped them to get news personalized by location and role, find and access policies and other documents, and connect and collaborate with people on projects and committees. We also created a suite of governance and training documents to enable Premier to operate and manage their resources effectively and help with user adoption.
